Aquinium is a game of judgment and trading, run by Aquinium, a company registered in Denmark. Please read this before you play.
What you will do
- Look at images or interactive 3D objects and estimate their value.
- In some rounds, trade against another player or against a computer opponent (an AQ Model bot), using play money only.
- A session takes a few minutes. You can stop at any time.
What we record
- Your estimates, trade volumes, prices, profits and ratings for every round.
- How long each decision took, how long you waited for an opponent, and, for 3D objects, how you rotated and zoomed the view.
- Your account details (name, email, username, gender, year of birth), so you can sign in and appear on leaderboards.
How we use it
- To run the game: your account, matchmaking, scores, ratings and leaderboards.
- To improve Aquinium: we analyse how players play (for example decision times and how 3D objects are viewed) to make the game, its opponents and its stimuli better. These analyses use a code instead of your name or email, and you can object to them at any time by writing to us.
- We don't sell your data or share it with anyone other than the service providers that host Aquinium.
Age
- You must be at least 10 years old to play.
- If you are under 13, a parent or guardian must agree before you play.
Deleting your account
- You can delete your account at any time in your account settings. We then remove your name, email, username, photo and other personal details. Your game rounds are kept in anonymous form, so they can no longer be linked to you.
